ProductsHOW SHOULD I STORE MY ADHESIVE?
Here at Ida Jane, we store our open adhesive in a jar with a lid that has color changing silica beads in it. On the lid we write the date the adhesive was opened, so we know when to open a new bottle for best retention. The jar is stored in room temperature.
If the adhesive has not been opened yet, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry, dark place, for up to 6 months. HOW LONG IS MY ADHESIVE GOOD FOR? DOES IT EXPIRE?
For the best results with our adhesives, replace the bottle every 6 weeks.
WHAT ADHESIVE IS BEST FOR MY SENSITIVE CLIENT?
Our BB Bond works the best for sensitive clients. Though every client is different. If a client is showing signs of an allergic reaction, recommend to contact their doctor. Each Adhesive has the same ingredients just different percentages of each ingredient.
IS OUR ADHESIVE LATEX FREE?
Yes it is! We provide the highest quality products and that's why it is the best!
WHAT ARE THE EXTENSIONS MADE OF?
Our lash extensions are made of a PBT fiber, especially designed for lash extensions. Our silk lashes are amazing!
CAN I RESELL YOUR RETAIL PRODUCTS?

Involvement & EducationWHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC AND VOLUME TECHNIQUES?
The Classic technique is the foundation to lashing. Classic means you have one natural lash with one extension adhered to it.
Volume is an advanced technique. Volume means you have one natural lash to 2-6 extensions fanning around the natural lash. This is done with a thinner diameter. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF STUDENTS PER TRAINING?
We love the smaller class sizes that allow for more hands on and guidance from our instructors for our students. Class sizes are 1-4 students to One instructor.
HOW LONG ARE IDA JANE'S TRAINING'S?
The coolest part about the Integrated Ida Jane Training is that it is super comprehensive. The student will gain online access to training videos, then will have in person training.
Our hands on training program is covered in 2 days, 14 hours. WHAT AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR AFTER I ENROLL IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM?
Its so important that a trainee finishes the online training before coming to the hands on training to understand and get the most out of our hands on training.
The trainee is responsible for finding models(2) for the training dates. HOW CAN MY SALON BE A PARTNER SALON?

DOES IDA JANE PROVIDE MODELS FOR MY TRAINING?
We understand that you may be traveling for your training. We expect you to provide your models, unless you have contacted us regarding needing models.
HOW MANY MODELS WILL I NEED FOR MY TRAINING?
The trainee is responsible to have 2 models. We work on two models on the second day of training.
DO I NEED TO BE A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST OR ESTHETICIAN IN ORDER TO DO LASH EXTENSIONS?
Every state has different laws regarding eyelash extensions. Please verify with the BCE in your state if you need to be licensed in order to offer eyelash extension services.

Orders & AccountHOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been received we will keep you to to date in the process of your order. When the order has been shipped the tracking information will be sent to you, to follow. We currently ship with USPS. Once the order is in their hands they will give you the most up to date information. Ida Jane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Ida Jane sends out orders Monday-Friday, except on major US holidays. Orders place on Saturday or Sundays will be processed on Monday.
IT SAYS MY ORDER DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact USPS with your tracking number, to solve the issue. We wish we could help you but they will have the best information.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If there is a product malfunction or quality concerns beyond the customers control, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. The product will not be refundable after 60 days.
If you need to exchange or return your unopened and unused product, you have 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange, but will receive store credit. Thirty days after your item has been delivered the item is not refundable. Ida Jane is not responsible for return shipping fees. All training payments are non-refundable. Training payments can be transferred once to another Ida Jane course on a later date.
