​Once the student is enrolled in our training course, they have online access to training. The online training includes the training manual and videos to show and tell the student valuable information that will help them be more advanced during the hands on training. The student must finish the online training before the hands on training dates.

​On day one, we dive right into hands on techniques, and live model demonstrations. During day two we require two models for hands on application. Our class sizes are small on  purpose to create a intimate, interactive training environment with our Ida Jane educators and the students.

Volume Technique
-Become a Fan

Once a lash artist is certified in classic lashes, they can advance their skills in eyelash extensions with our volume training. A lash artisit must understand how classic lashing is done in order to comprehend the volume technique on ones natural lashes. The volume technique allows for 2- 7 lash extensions per one natural lash which can still weight less than a classic extension. Volume lashes are also known as Russian lashes, Russian volume lashes, and 2D-7D lashes. This technique can create a thicker fuller look without damaging the natural lash when applied correctly. Our volume training course covers four methods for creating the perfect volume fan. Intense hands on practice and training will set you up for success. Evolve you lash skills to a whole new level.
