Booking clients

​​Are you looking for an online booking system that is great for you and your clients? If so, you must read more of this blog. I am going to explain why I chose Vcita for my online booking system. I hope this gives you some ideas for what is important when looking for a system.

I love my online booking system with Vcita. When my clients go to my website, www.idajane.co/services, to book they can click on the link “Book Appointment”. The link will then take them to the actual booking system.  It allows the client to see different appointment options, my schedule availability, my info, their info, etc. Vcita sends the client and me a confirmation email any time they schedule an appointment, as well as a reminder email 24 hours before the appointment and a reminder email or text an hour before, along with my address information. If the client chose to receive emails on their phone the client would be able to easily click on the address, which then links into Map Quest. Every time the client gets an email regarding their appointment time and date, it links to their phone calendar, as well.
It is CRAZY the amount of things it can handle FOR me!!... and to me, totally worth the $17 a month. I never have to constantly go back and forth with clients trying to figure out what appointment time works best for both of our busy schedules. There is so much more that Vcita does for a company too, like: creates a website page(if you choose to use, instead of a website), creates logins for the clients to see all appointments they have ever booked with you, and can have the clients Pre pay or have invoices sent. It also allows the client to book with different people from your company.
