Online or hands on Training?

 I learned how to do lashes from a lady who did lashes out of her dinning area, turned lash room in her house. It was a four hour training. I wanted more. After the training I told her how nervous I was, to remember everything (with no manual provided). She allowed me to come the next day to do another model.

The point of this story is to tell you that you can have the worst or best training to get started with and you can still succeed. Your journey will just look different and one will take longer.

In person training

You will never have better than an in-person experience and the hands on application then with a real model and trainer by your side.

In an Ida Jane Lash Training, an In-Person Training is not just in person.
First, you will gain access to all the online videos and step by step applications. I want you to understand the lingo and experience you will have before you arrive to the training.
Imagine you being the trainer in the videos. I want you to visualize what these experiences will be like for you as the artist.

After all the videos are watched, you will come to the hands on training prepared and ready to get started creating amazing lashes.

Day 1 of the training we start with Theory and a Mannequin head. Then we dive right into hands on work and business strategy.

Did I say Hands on experience with a real model is the best experience?

Day 2 We have two Live models. This is when we will be perfecting your technique, taking pictures and creating your marketing strategy.

I want you to be a successful lash artist and business woman. You can do this!
We will also cover client paperwork, gaining and keeping clients, pricing, speed lashing, photo editing and Instagram content marketing strategies.
